  • Zeneric Africa Company Limited is a Nairobi-based provider of electronics, IT solutions, and related technology products.
  • Products and services include network installations, CCTV security systems, VoIP telephony, power backup solutions, and sales of electronics, networking, and telephony equipment.
  • Customers may contact us via email, phone, WhatsApp, or visit our office at Kaunda Street Town House, 4th Floor Room 406, Nairobi, Kenya.
  1. Orders and Payments
  • Orders can be placed online through www.zeneric.co.ke or via official sales channels.
  • Accepted payment methods include mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money), bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) within Nairobi for qualifying orders.
  • Orders are generally processed after payment confirmation is received.
  • Payments are primarily in Kenya Shillings (KES); USD payments may be accepted where indicated, with prevailing exchange rates applied.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Standard delivery within 1–3 business days applies for all orders, both inside Nairobi and outside.
  • Flat-rate delivery applies to standard and non-bulky items within Nairobi; delivery charges for bulky or specialized items outside Nairobi are quoted individually before dispatch.
  • Customers may opt for local pickup at our Nairobi office.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to courier logistics, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items include altered products, third-party purchases, clearance items, and custom or digital products unless defective.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported immediately with supporting photos.
  1. Warranty Information
  • Many products carry a manufacturer’s warranty, usually up to 12 months unless specified otherwise.
  • Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects or hardware malfunctions during normal use.
  • Certain items like software, consumables, accessories, batteries, or refurbished products may have different warranty terms.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, liquid exposure, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or software issues.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may result in repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.
  1. Credit Facilities
  • Credit is available for qualifying businesses following evaluation of trading history, financial documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Standard payment terms for approved credit facilities range from 7–30 days.
  • Ownership of goods supplied on credit remains with Zeneric Africa Company Limited until full payment is received.
  • Credit accounts may be reviewed periodically, and overdue payments may result in account adjustments or recovery actions.
  1. Privacy and Cookies
  • Personal information is collected responsibly and used for order processing, customer support, marketing (with opt-out), fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
  • We do not sell or rent your information; trusted service providers may be used for payment processing, delivery, analytics, and marketing.
